Youth play a strategic role in promoting economic growth through entrepreneurship. However, many young entrepreneurs still face various challenges, including limited understanding of sustainable business concepts, inadequate ability to identify business opportunities, weak financial management, and underutilization of digital technology for business development. Similar conditions were identified among members of the Youth Organization (Karang Taruna) in Ngronggo Village, Kediri City. Therefore, this community engagement program aimed to strengthen youth entrepreneurial capacity through a Sustainable Business Development training program conducted in collaboration with UKM Caraka as a local business partner. The implementation methods included preliminary observation, needs assessment, lectures, interactive discussions, case studies, mentoring, and evaluation through pre-tests, post-tests, and participant observations. The training covered sustainable business concepts, the Triple Bottom Line, business development strategies, branding, financial management, and the development of an antifragile entrepreneurial mindset. The results demonstrated improved participant understanding of sustainable business principles, enhanced ability to identify business opportunities, better marketing strategy formulation, and stronger motivation to develop adaptive, innovative, and long-term business ventures. Collaboration among the university, youth organizations, and local business actors significantly contributed to strengthening the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. This program is expected to serve as a community empowerment model for developing sustainable youth entrepreneurship that creates economic, social, and environmental value.Downloads
