Pengembangan Kompetensi Administrasi Bisnis bagi Masyarakat di Era Digital

Community service aims to improve the competence of digital technology-based business administration for people of productive age in the digital era. This activity is designed to address the challenge of the mismatch of workforce skills with the needs of the formal labour market and support economic independence through mastery of modern business administration skills. The method of implementing community service includes five main stages: socialization to introduce the program, digital technology-based training, application of technology in business administration, mentoring, and evaluation to ensure effective implementation, as well as program sustainability through professional certification. Training materials include implementing occupational safety procedures (K3), managing office equipment, digital archiving, creating administrative documents, and mastering software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. The training results showed a significant increase in participant skills, such as 90% of participants understood K3 procedures, 80% of participants could manage office equipment and digital archives effectively, and 80% of participants successfully mastered basic communication skills. This program increases participants' job opportunities in the formal sector and prepares them to open independent businesses based on digital business administration.
