This activity aims to strengthen ‘Aisyiyah’s economic jihad through entrepreneurship training based on Islamic values, focusing on enhancing motivation, instilling Muslim entrepreneurial character, and building business networks among female cadres in Malang City. The program was held on November 24, 2024, at Asyura Mosque, in conjunction with the Gathering of the Economic and Employment Council (MEC) of PCA/PRA across PDA Malang City. A total of 42 ‘Aisyiyah cadres from various branches and sub-branches participated. The methods included material presentation, interactive discussions, group reflection, and the development of business action plans. The activity resulted in increased entrepreneurial motivation, a deeper understanding of Muslim entrepreneurial character (trustworthiness, honesty, hard work, avoiding usury, and seeking blessings), as well as collective awareness to initiate community-based economic activities. Participants proposed the continuation of the program through technical training, microfinance management, digital marketing, and access to sharia-compliant capital. This activity contributes to the literature on Islamic ethics-based economic empowerment, demonstrating that integrating spirituality, entrepreneurship, and women’s communities is effective in fostering local economic resilience.Downloads
