Abstract

This community service program was conducted at the Cooperative of the Religious Court Employees Association in Gresik, aiming to transform the cooperative’s financial system and business processes to become more effective, transparent, and sustainable. The main issues faced by the cooperative included manual bookkeeping with low accuracy, unstandardized business processes, and limited use of digital technology. The methods applied involved intensive training, technical assistance, and the implementation of digital accounting software, barcode-based inventory systems, and business process integration through ERP. In addition, digital marketing strategies were developed using social media platforms and online catalogs to expand market reach. The results showed significant improvements in financial reporting accuracy, stock management efficiency, and managerial skills of cooperative administrators. They are now able to independently operate digital systems, while product promotion has become more widespread through digital channels. The outputs included an implemented digital financial system, a modern inventory system, improved human resource competencies, activity documentation, and a draft scientific article for publication. Overall, this program contributed to strengthening the cooperative’s institutional capacity and supporting sustainable digital transformation
