Abstract

This community service program aims to support the digital transformation of the Batik SMEs Center in Pasuruan City, particularly in the areas of product marketing and promotion. Despite having strong potential in batik production, the SMEs had not yet fully utilized digital assets such as product catalogs, professional photography, social media, and online marketplaces. To address this challenge, the implementing team conducted a series of mentoring and training activities covering product photography, content writing, digital catalog design, digital marketing strategies, branding enhancement, and catalog management systems. The program was carried out in four main stages: needs assessment, technical assistance, solution implementation, and evaluation and monitoring. The results show a significant improvement in digital literacy and technical skills among the SMEs. They now possess high-quality product documentation, digital and printed catalogs, as well as active social media and marketplace accounts. Consistent visual identity and product management systems have also started to be applied. This program has made a tangible impact on enhancing the competitiveness of the SMEs while strengthening collaboration between the university and the local community. The success of this initiative is expected to serve as a replicable model for other SME centers in adopting digital transformation to expand their market reach and ensure business sustainability.
