Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

1. Manuscript Preparation:

  • Manuscripts should be written in English and prepared according to the journal's template, which can be found on our website.

  • Ensure your manuscript is original and has not been published elsewhere.

  • Manuscripts should be submitted as Microsoft Word documents (.doc or .docx).

2. Manuscript Structure:

  • Title: Provide a concise and informative title that reflects the content of your paper.

  • Author Information: Include the full names and affiliations of all authors, along with their email addresses.

  • Abstract: Include a structured abstract (typically 200-250 words) summarizing the key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of your study.

  • Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords that accurately represent the content of your manuscript.

  • Introduction: Clearly state the research problem, objectives, and the significance of your study.

  • Literature Review: Review relevant literature to establish the context and justify your research.

  • Methodology: Describe your research methods and data collection techniques in detail.

  • Results: Present your findings with clarity and precision using tables, figures, or charts when appropriate.

  • Discussion: Interpret the results and discuss their implications. Relate your findings to existing literature.

  • Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and their implications. Highlight the contribution of your research.

  • References: Follow the citation style recommended by the journal (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago) and ensure proper formatting and accuracy.

3. Figures and Tables:

  • All figures and tables should be numbered and include descriptive captions.

  • Ensure that figures and tables are of high quality and easily readable.

4. Citations and References:

  • Cite all sources accurately in the text, and list them in the References section at the end of your manuscript.

  • Ensure consistency in citation style throughout the paper.

5. Peer Review Process:

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Please ensure that your manuscript is free from any information that could identify the authors.

6. Copyright and Permissions:

  • Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for copyrighted materials used in their manuscripts.

7. Submission Process:

  • Manuscripts should be submitted through our online submission portal, which can be accessed via the journal's website.

8. Publication Timeline:

  • You will be notified about the progress of your submission. The expected publication date will be communicated to you after acceptance.
